Acer announced its Aspire One 522 netbook featuring AMD's Fusion processor technology at CES 2011; it officially now available for sale.


The AOD522 has the following specifications:

• AMD Ontario C-50 dual-core APU (1.0GHz)
• AMD Mobility Radeon HD 6250 graphics
• 1GB RAM
• 250GB 5400RPM hard drive
• 3x USB ports, HDMI, media card reader
• 6-cell battery
• Weight: 2.87 lbs
• Dimensions: 7.28" (L) x 10.17" (W) x 1.01" (H)

Acer says the 522 can last up to six hours on a charge. The netbook itself is not that physically dissimilar from previous Acer Aspire netbooks. The Acer Aspire One 522 is available now for MSRP $329.99.
